I have searched but I'm still lost....?

I want to remotely trigger my flash and I've seen some kits where you put the transmitter on the camera hot shoe and then put your flash on a reciever..... just a basic kit.

Where do I buy this?? Links?
I just want something simple and inexpensive so I can mess around a little.

Just search "flash trigger"

You'll get a million Chinese plastiky ones. I use em, they work, but not totally reliably. Start with those, and then maybe get yourself some "pocket wizards" which are much more expensive but are what the journos use.
