first picture is rough. You put the horizon in the middle which makes it a bit boring, next time try something like 1/3 either way... also exposure is off on it.

with second photo, interesting idea, I might have selected another focal point... but I like it.

3rd, yeah dont do it.

The sunset picture came out somewhat dark. I would recommend post processing using layer masks to "expose" different parts of the image differently.

I really like the idea in No.2. Very creative.

The only suggestion I'd make is to get the reflection(?) on the bottle stand out more.

Cropping may help some. With the image taken using f/5.6 and a focal length of 45 mm, it didn't provide a great amount of DOF, more of which would help. Another option if there isn't enough DOF with one shot is to use focus stacking.

This is a shot that I would take with a tripod - but I have the advantage of an Angle Finder which would keep me from having to lie on my belly.
