Got a company that is possibly offering me to "contact shoot" virtual tours. basically they contact me with the info and I set it up and shot it. Then I guess I just email the files and they handle the rest.
Anyone ever do this? They are saying a Min. of 30-40 bucks an hour......but I'm imagining they hand me a 1099 at the end of the year. But if that's the case then it's probably not that good of money. Just part time at this point, they are just starting up in my area.
So any words of wisdom, or things I should watch for? Truth is I am in outside sales and I am thinking about doing this to supplement my income. I would be dealing with the same client base as my normal job so that might be a plus to find new clients for my "real job".
