A few questions for all you Canon owners.

When you bought your camera, did anyone shell out the extra cash for the Mack Warranty???

What kind of customer service did you receive from Mack when you had the camera repaired???

Do you need to send it to Mack or can you just take your camera to any authorized Canon dealer???

Thanks in advance. I am looking to by a 10d in the near future but I still need to do some additional research! :lol: :lol:

This is helpful....I am planning on buying the 10d from Calumet in Bensenville IL and would like to hear more about users experiences with Mack and/or Calumet(good or bad.)
