WTB: Ball head

I am purchasing some Bogen 3021 legs, and need a ball head to go with it. My heaviest lens will be a 400mm and I shoot mostly wildlife.

I was primarily looking for a 488RC2, but will consider other ball heads that are sturdy enough to hold the 400 prime.

if you have a 400 2.8 then you should get a wimberly head. I've tried it on a M20 & gitzo 3 series CF legs and it would lock into place, but you couldnt set the tension enough to be able to move it freely and have it stick when you let go
