I'm looking to buy a Crumpler Prettyboy bag for my 400d with kit lense. I like the look of the Prettyboy because it looks like a standard shoulder bag.

Is the quality good? I don't want to carry anything other than the camera with lense fitted, so don't need a large one. Would the medium (2500) be big enough?

I have the pretty boy XXL , I love it! It's really good quality and looks nice. Best of all (in my opinion) it doesn't look like a camera bag which is one of the main reasons I bought it.

When I only had my 400d and kit lens, I had this bag:

It fitted perfectly.

The quality is very good yeah, I have the XXL for when I want a smaller carry around. Though as mentioned you might want an L not a medium.

Hi simwells I see you have a Crumpler Daily XXL, how do you find it? I am going on holiday soon and want to take all my gear plus a laptop and I don't want to check anything into luggage I want to take it on as hand luggage, have you done this yet with yours?

I love it, but it is rather heavy when filled up with everything.

I haven't taken it abroad in all honesty, but providing the measurements are ok I couldn't see that being a problem.

Hi,

I have a Crumpler shoulder bag and a large Crumpler backpack, I've forgotten the (rather strange) names they have but, I have to say the quality is astonishing, they are virtually indestructable and even though I've had them a while and used them extensively in dirty, punishing conditions (jungles, deserts and Brighton seafront) they still look and feel like they are brand new. I give 'em 10/10.
