I dont see anything special about the picture. There is no pop, the light reflection is cut off for me.
The bokeh on the cup seems interesting.

Hey Allen -- probably about the tenth time I've looked at this and I can say I've gone from not really caring for it much to really liking it. The reflection is cool and I like how the light falloffs at the edge of the table, I can certainly see how the mixture of shapes and lines attracted your eye.

Thanks Monty. I was wondering if others would get what I saw. Still don't know if I'll keep it around. It does work in a series of photos I've done on circular shapes but I'm still not sure if it will stand alone. Maybe though cause seems like you and glowie (thanks for the comments glowie) get it. My work certainly ain't ever cup of tea. Sometimes I make'm work for it if they're willing to put the time in. Thanks for the word of encouragement :D...

I like it, just a shame the lamp is cut off, especially seeing you're doing a series including circles
