Help - Crop/grayed out under Image

Somehow my crop tool is now grayed out under my Image menu in CS2. I no longer can enter Width/Height/Resolution in the options bar. I've googled this for an hour now, and can't come up with any way to restore this. I've tried the Reset Tool, and nothing.

Does anyone know how to restore these tools? I use these ALOT when making storyboards. I think my 2 year old might be the culprit of this - he likes to play with my keyboard to make "Elmo" appear and well...you can guess he presses alot of keys and screws things up often.

Don't know if this will help since I use PS elements. Try using the crop tool from the side bar. When it is selected the crop tool bar sits above the picture. Right click on the crop tool icon and you should have the option to reset this tool or reset all tools.
