Well, if all goes well, my sig will be changed by tomorrow afternoon (friday).
I called all over the country, and I think I found a store with the only two 20D's in Canada!
Not only that overnite shipping is only $45cdn. So I should be clicking this weekend. And since there is only one tax, I still save almost $100 in taxes. Only 24hrs until my first lockup :wink:
I'm crossing my fingers that I dont get one with any dead lcd pixels, or other problems. I hate when that happens.

Doh, now there appears to be some credit card problem.
It looks like either Henry's or Camera Canada charged my card on the pre-oorder even though they said they wont.
Man, I have 1 hr to straighten this out for next day delivery :roll:

You're not going to fix it. Call the credit card company and ask for a credit line increase. Faster than fixing it through the store, which will take days before it gets to the CC company.

Get this. I was on the line with the CC, and I guess the process DID go thru, but the vendor missed it.
They said they would call the vendor while I waited to fix it. So, Im waiting with the phone cradled on my shoulder, I bent over to pick something up, and .... I accidentally hung UP!!! :oops:
Now I'm in their long queue again!
I guess I have to laugh! Is this some sort of sign maybe?? :shock:

I just realized, without my 300D kit lens, 50mm is my widest.
Autumn is probably the perfect time for a wide angle too.

Hey, that's exactly what I did the other month, just in case I might want to buy a 1DmkII or a 1Ds mkII on a spur of the moment. I surely didn't want some little detail such as my credit limit to get in the way of such an exciting purchase. :mrgreen:
