I like no 1 too. The contrast between the very straight lines of the underside of the bridge and the snaking cable is great.
Can I suggest that you play with variations of colour and contrast on that one?
No 2 doesn't do much for me.

I like the contrast between the curves and the straights too.

Cheers. When i was photographing it i wanted the pipes to mimic some kind of matrix machine. I like to take photos of everyday things, objects and make them into art somehow. Or tweak them just by having a different angle or appeture.
Other than that, urban photography is an excellent thing to do. Its an excuse to go out by myself and explore.
