I was not allowed to use a flash during the baptism service, and this is what I have. I used Shutter Priority, ISO 1600, and Shutterspeed 40. I would like advice and how to edit before I start messing with, and I would also like c&c. Should I have set my camera up differently? I do think I should have had my tripod higher (I had to change positions at the last minute b/c they all turned their backs to me!). I would also like recommendations on a good noise reduction program.
Thanks!

Looks like it needs some WB corrections pronto. I don't really notice much noise on it, due to resizing. But I personally use Noiseware.

Definitely WB.... if you shot RAW, this is a very simple correction.

How's this? I just adjusted the levels (if there's a better way, feel free to suggest...)I also cropped it.

heres a go, I know it sounds tough, but it's not. Bring a white card or if you don't want to a piece of white paper along. After you've done it twice you can do a custom white balance in a few seconds. I went a little overboaed on this one

Here's my shot at it. Created a levels adjustment layer in PS. Clicked the white eye-dropper on the priest's shoulder. Adjusted the red input to .80 and the blue to 1.22. It's still a little warm, but I started to get blue highlights from the window, which I didn't like.
Composition-wise, it sure would have been nice if that booklet wasn't blocking the baby's head. I would also crop it a little.
