I saw this at another forum and found it to be very good. Considering it hasn't been posted here, from what I can see, I thought I'd share it with you.
Hope you find it useful. It's similar to Noise Ninja or Neatimage, but with only two or so clicks, the ISO noise can be removed.

WOW, GREAT software... I was getting ready to buy Noise Ninja because I made the mistake of leaving my ISO set to 800 after of a night of shooting and then when my wife and I took our newborn back to my Cleveland for my side of the family to see her and my little brother came home I shot some NICE shots with my 15mm fisheye and didn't notice it was in 800iso mode until I went through the settings later... So I D/L'ed Noise Ninja and was happy with the results... Then comes this post... Here is the orignal pictures and the two filtered pictures... You tell me the differences... Now, these are totally right out of the camera... No editting besides rotating....

Yeah, I wish I could combine all these damn third party softwares into one...
I use one software to do one thing and another to do another and another to do another... Man, the process I go through after shooting is crazy and using all these third party softwares to do it... But it makes life SOOOO easy... espically since they all do BATCH functions!![/list]

Ahhh, gotcha.... ;) Wow, I could really tell a difference once you zoom in... My wife will be really happy that I'm not spending the money... I can put it into my 70-200 2.8L IS and 2.0x Fund now :)

Very impressive. I used it's default settings and compared it to my edge-masked Neat Image process. It did very slightly better on detail, but left larger areas kind of blotchy. Overall it did an excellent job, and I'd have to say that the details are more important, and the blotchiness probably won't be noticed in a print or web image. With some time spent learning the tool I'd say that the end results would be very very close to what I can do with Neat Image and PS.
Cons, to me:
Save As 8-bit JPG only. This hurts. A lot.
Not a PS plugin. This also hurts a lot.
No color profile.
(Pro edition fixes 1 and 3.)
Pros, to me:
Free!
Excellent NR. Really very good.
Even the Pro edition is only $49.
A PS plugin was very very important to me. That's one of the primary reasons that I went with Neat Image. So I'm not about to convert.
However, this program looks excellent. I'd recommend it for anyone without NR if you can deal with the above restrictions.

Yeah--I downloaded and tried it to. It works great. PaintShop Pro (V.9.0) also has a noise reduction feature. I tested both on the same image and got identical results.

I will try this but also found another free noise remover tool that is also free and should be good too (I have not tried it yet)
