WTB: (Can) Inexpensive ETTL Flash for Canon 350D

I don't have a lot to spend so I'm hoping someone has moved up to a better model and has a Bower or Digital ebay special in their closet.

I'd like to deal locally to avoid shipping but it's open to anyone for a good deal.

I know that the Canon 220EX is pretty inexpensive, but I would opt for a used 380EX instead because you can tilt the head on the 380 for bounce flash. The 220 is fixed.

Just don't get one of the EZ series - they're not fully compatible with Canon's E-TTL flash system.
