awesome shots! On the last few it would have been better with a wider crop so you can see the full height thyre kicking at.

All I know, it's a lot higher than I can jump!
Nice shots.

The vertical dimension for the last few did not go through much cropping. Here is a link to a photo before the kicking to show the setup (I believe there is a 8-photo limit so I am posting a link instead).

AH man those are great. It's been a long time since I've been to a Tae Kwon Do demonstration.
I noticed the name Master Ko on the back of one of the uniforms. Do you know what the full name is?

I was refering more to the composition of the shot.. If the original was composed like the one in the link, I think it would of looked alot better. awesome shot none the less:D.

I do not know the full name. This Tae Kwon Do studio is located in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, not sure if that help.

When you mention it, it just occured to me that I could hold the camera in portrait orientation so that I could get the floor into the field of view without reducing the size of the people in the photo. I did not include the floor at the time because I want the kicker to show up as large as possible.

That would have been good too. All the more to go out to the next one and try the new ideas. This has me thinking I should pay a visit to the dojo I used to go to when I was doing karate.
