This is two images of Duval St in Key West Fl on 12-27-07. This was the first attempt of low light hand held with the new 24-105. ISO at 800 shot at F4 1/25 with IS on. Opinions please, I am learning all over again after putting away the film.:)

Hand held!. Good job. I have this lens. Now I have a good reason to go to Key West. Or, just go some place and try it out in low light.
Anyway, nice work. Thanks for posting.

well it looks pretty good for hand held.
Nicely done. if you know the rule of the thumb how all the setting on a film camera you will achive same or better result than film.
But no waiting for result.
on the spot play back.

Key West changed our life....the only place I know of, where everyone on the island stops what their doing for 30 minutes, gathers at Mallory Square, and enjoys the perfect sunset....every night...Simply amazing, and something we all need to do for 30 minutes out of our lives. Just stop what you're doing, and enjoy something amazing, everyday.....

I went to KW once for new years. It honestly is one amazing place to visit. Dont know if I could live there but would love to go back and visit. And I agree with what Amethyst said above.
