Yesterday I photographed by 30 year old son, who was wearing a light blue shirt and black hat and standing in full sun. The hat came out deep blue and the shirt was several shades darker blue than in real life. Other colors (white paint, green shutters, flowers) were closer to accurate but still off a bit. I was shooting in AUTO mode. Most were without flash, some with flash.
Anyone have any ideas as to cause of the problem or a corrective for it?
