Hi,

I'm very surprise that I'm the fisrt one who answer to your post.
Your shots are really beautyfull, the first one whit the crab spider is amasing, great DOF, great colors, and very sharp, I like te composition.
The second on is great too, unfortunatelly the focus is more on the shield bug than the (colorfull) spider. But anyway it's a great shot.

Congrats ;-)

Laurent.

I like the pose you got the crab spider in.
Great dof in both.

Great shots! I especially like the second one with the shield bug in the web. I am envious of the biodiversity you have the opportunity of shooting in Singapore.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.

I am using a Tamron 180mm lens.

Cheers!

Sometimes I would prefer the 90mm lens though, especially shooting top down to gain more DOF just like the crab spider shot.
