Discount to the public? By public, do you mean professional photographers? Who is your target market - pros, or the average Joe?

They say they use the highest quality paper, but it is more like high quality construction paper (sorry, just being honest).
They don't answer emails! Not a big fan of this! Probably won't go back now.
They do answer the phone though.
It took 2 weeks for the book to get here, and I only live 3 hours away.

I did like my book that I ordered, except for the paper issue. They could keep using this paper and also have a second choice for the highest quality paper they say they use. Selection is good, and they are Canadian, which is good if you are in business and want the tax write offs, etc.
They are like other places of business out here and cater to pro's and regular joes.
Expense as well, not the cheapest in any way, although I would pay more for good quality books.
