Can you get the Zoombrowser software to communicate with the camera? I can not. Have tried two different cables. 4 USB ports, 2 2.0 and 2 1.1 ports. The EVU works fine but Zoombrowser keeps telling me the camera is busy.

BTW, I tried the script file mentioned in one of the threads here for CS and the 20D CR2 files and it worked like a charm.

Why not just use a card reader? It'll save your batteries and any headaches.

Generally I do but I also try to make sure the software works with the camera I purchased. If anyone has any experience getting ZoomBrowser to work with their 20D I'd like to hear about it. Thanks.

Mine is the same, but I didn't get zoombrowser with the 20D. Its an old copy from my D30 and my compact.

File viewer came with the 20D, but it isn't so easy to use, downloading is only possible one folder at a time and it can't handle the older RAW format from my D30.

There doesn't seem to be a Canon program that will easily download and view both RAW formats. So I guess it might be time to look at Breeze browser.
