Yes i do like it, is it HDR?
Perhaps the perspective needs pulling back in PS given the angle it was taken from.

I like the picture, is something missing? The building looks flat, at the angle you shot shouldn't we see the side of the building?

I like the color in the photo but I'm not too sure about where the camera was focused on...the building or the object that the building was reflecting.

I do see the side of the building, but I would like to be zoomed out some to see how far up we actually are looking from.

Thanks. The photo was taken with a 10-22. If I zoomed out any further, the parking garage I was taking it from would have been in the picture.

It is slightly hdr. Its from 3 exposures but they were taken within 1 stop of each other.
