played with the nifty fifty and dusted off my takata nsx diecast model

please tell me how can i improve my shots..
besides the crookedness of the pictures lol.

Damn sharp lens for $70, isn't it?
The shallow depth of field is cool, but maybe stop down the lens and try to get the entire car in focus. Better yet, if the car rolls, try for some panning shots.

I really like the second pic.
But I agree with Ronnie, you need to step it right down and increase your depth of field as there's only a small amount in focus and the rest blurs away.

50mm 1.8 Under $100 and sharp!
BTW love the pics, nice use of the 1.8! I miss using mine. I guess I will get the 85 1.8 in the next year or two to compensate. ;)
