We are having problems getting Express Digital to recognize our EOS-1DMk2n. This has been an ongoing problem since version 8.6 (current version is 8.9). Express Digital "customer care" cannot solve the problem, despite our spending over $800.00 on a "service contract" and countless hours on the phone with tech support for the past two years. Any help that you can provide would be appreciated. Here are the particulars:
When starting the app, the first error box reads "Error starting Canon SDK."
Upon clicking "OK," the next error message reads "Problem Detecting or Initializing Canon Camera: error 96."
After clicking "OK," the last box reads "No Camera Detected."
