Does anyone know of a plugin or other software to add to photoshop 7 that will expand the available fonts.
I have found some fonts online I like to add to pictures. I didnt see anything on the adobe homepage. I figure there has to be a way to add fonts to photoshop.
Thanks

I have loaded fonts into my font directory and they appear in PS.
Are you looking to load font specific to PS? I don't think it's necessary but I could be wrong.

Colin's right. If you are on Windows, go to Control Panel>Fonts>Install Fonts. Browse to the folder where you have the the TTF files and select. Sorry, don't know about the Mac.

What kinds of fonts are you talking about, SR? Truetype fonts (TTF) work as Colin and Roger said, but postscript fonts are a different story. If you want to install a postscript font, you need to get the Adobe Type Manager.
Alternatively, there's a newer font format called OpenType, which I believe is natively supported in Windows Me/2000/XP and Mac (but don't quote me on that).
For some free Truetypes, check out this link: http://www.microsoft.com/typography/links/links.asp?type=free&part=1
Unfortunately, a lot of the links are dead, but some are still in business.

Actually,
What i am trying to do is add some text to some pictures in photoshop. I have found some fonts on this web page that I like:
http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/findfonts_home.asp?sid=D0XLQ94DRBCM8KBBVXBSXJJ6G2G G3P7C&con=fntclass&class=famfnt
the problem is, these fonts dont appear in PS7.
