Very nice shots. Where were you shooting from to get the high angle?

Lovely shots. In the top photo I love the way you incorporated the stage lighting to give the image a very dramatic effect. I also like the repetition of the pattern in that one. Very nice capture.

Last one's nice. First as well.
Nice moments captured in the others, but difficult backgrounds (not surprising in these circumstances). Some would have improved if you'd shot a bit wider IMO (#3, 4 and 5) or framed a bit different (#6)
#5 is "gray". Pulled down exposure on that one?

thanks for all the comments, appreciated. It was a fun experience
Very nice shots. Where were you shooting from to get the high angle?

I was located in the back of the theater, behind the audience, thus the pointing looking angle. The place was packed with people, mostly to see this performance.

Good shots. Certainly nice colour.

Many of the images seem a bit hot. On my monitor, I would prefer them darker - in particular, the third and fourth. It might be worthwhile to burn down some of the background such as the third and sixth shots. The sixth, seventh and eighth shots have IMO good exposure. Maybe it would be worthwhile to play with setting EV compensation while you shoot - particularly since it is so easy to do on the Canons.

The colors are vibrant on all of them - the last 3 show some chacter of the dancer (the last one being my favorite). In the first shot, the 2 women on the left are a bit OOF. The next 2 have the women with eyes closed. a pity. Good angles and good captures

#6 and #8 for me, good exposure and nice stopped action in #6 and very nice mood in #8.
