While on my Shutterbug Digital Photo Seminar my D60 suddenly started to produce totally white pictures.

Before anyone asks, yes I switched lenses, batteries, cf cards, etc, etc.

2 calls to Canon tech support (if thats what you could call it) got me a send it back and we will have it fixed in 7 to 10 days. Anyone had this happen to there D60?

I had it happen just the other week with my D30. Turned out to be the external flash was not properly seated

Wish it had been that simple. I got a chance to look at the blank photos today and in PS was able to see that what I had was dozens of vertical bars ina partern across the photo.

I'll just have to wait and see what Canon does to fix it. Hopefully I will get some kind of explianation about what went wrong.

I had this happen last week on vacation while I was changing lenses like a mad dog and firing off shots as quick as I could. I was shooting and changing so fast I didn't notice there was no aperture reading and I was in AV mode! The D30 continued to let me take shots and I finally looked down at the LCD and, "What the heck?".

It must have been a fruity contact problem when I mounted the lens because, when I re-indexed the lens, I had full exposure again. This may not be your problem since you switched lenses but, for the record, it could happen for a number of reasons.
