This photo was created at the Point Defiance Park in Tacoma, Washington. There is not much funding for this part of the park, so this vehicle could be part of the outdoor exhibits, or it could be trash. I really have no idea, but it looked interesting. :D

With the headlights in such good condition , it could be a rat rod.
It's a shame the fence was there , but then again , it does give it a caged animal look as Anke said.

Yeah, it's kinda menacing isn't it?

With the headlights in such good condition , it could be a rat rod.
It's a shame the fence was there , but then again , it does give it a caged animal look as Anke said.

Man, I had to do a little research to figure out what a 'rat rod' was. I'm guessing that is not the case with this car, but I could be completely wrong.

I'm also guessing it is/was some kind of dump truck or pumper truck, judging by the pump thats in front of the grill. It's a PTO (power take off) used to run hydraulic systems.
