I am a total beginner and would really like to start getting into photography. My budget is around as high as $400. I want room to do professional-type pictures.
Also what would i need to do pictures and edit pics like these from these from Shoehorn O' Plenty. I have Photoshop and Macromedia Studios. is that all you need to edit pics like this?
