G6 raw

What can i use to convert the raw image format the G6 produces without installing the Canon software please?

You can read and convert the raw files with Photoshop.

The new Adobe Raw Converter for Photoshop CS that was released this week "unofficially" supports the G6...which means it does the conversion but there was not sufficient time for Adobe to completely test the converter before releasing it.

The soon-to-be-released Photoshop Elements 3.0 will also work.

Thanks everyone for the replys :) I hate the canon software as it wants to take over the PC so any alternative is bonus.
