Noise reduction programs? Which one?

I've tried it and I'm getting comparable results to Noise Ninja 2.0, and that's with a custom NN profile I made specifically for the shooting conditions (high ISO, moderate shutter speed, under exposed).

It's pretty good, fairly fast, and it's free.

This app can make great things when you use it with different settings a must for any concert photographer that deals with noise when using high ISO's like 1600 and more.
