I would like to try some amateur glamour type shoots, but instead of using a background and posing the model infront of it, use couch or similar.
The room will be small approx 10ft x 12ft with 7ft ceilings or that kind of area.
I have 2x 200ws strobes. 2x translucent brollies and 2x 2ft softboxes. I have hunted everywhere on the net to find some pointers but everything i can find is on portaits or infront of a back drop.
My current thinking is use 1 strobe with a translucent brollie pointing towards the couch as the main light and the 2nd pointing to the ceiling, just with the reflector as a fill light.
Im very new to studio/location lighting but am very eager to learn.
Any hints, pointers or good books/articules to read on this kind of lighting would be greatly appreciated.
