Wuts up was wondering if anyone had any lighting tricks, techniques or tips to how to get good lighting with out having to go out and waste the crazy amounts of money asked for pro lights.

Natural window light offers dramatic opportunity. One hotshoe flash and some reflectors can also do very nicely. Acquaint yourself with the sticky threads in the lighting forum, then do some reading. There's a lifetime of information already here.
