Love the colors and I agree with Cooper911 about the softness. Can you post you camera settings for this shot? The EXIF data isn't intact and it helps to know this so members can give their advice.

I think you may want to up your shutter speed to at least 1/300 or preferably 1/500 for that length of lens to get rid of the blur. If you have to, up your ISO to 800 or more to keep your shutter at respectable levels for long tele shots. Keep Shooting.
