I travel alot and I am looking for a bag that Could carry a 10D, 17-40 f4, 24-85 and a 70-200 2.8L is. This mystery bag would also carry a small Vaio notebook and the misc. debris associated with both toys.
Did I mention it should be compact too. and every once in a while carry a 550ex flash too.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

I'm really happy with the LowePro Micro Trekker 200 I just got for $60 from B&H, which would hold everything you mentioned, provided you have one of the REALLY small VAIOs with the 10" screens.
Right now I have a 20D in it with the 18-55 kit lens, 50mm F/1.8, 300mm F/4L (which is roughly the same size as the 70-200), and I still think I could squeeze the 70-200 in the open space along with the 300mm prime.
The CompuTrekker might be better if you have a larger VAIO notebook, but it's a bit larger than the Micro Trekker

Oh, I forgot to mention, the LowePros also have these add-on SlipLock cases that could hold all the extra goodies you mentioned without cluttering up the inside of the main bag.

Bag or Sack?
If Bag, for what you have at the moment the Lowepro Stealth AW650 is really nice. the top zip works fine for a 10D bit if you add a Big Ed its too narrow and the laptop compartment is well padded. It wont leave you that much room to grow though.
If I have a criticism it is that the shoulder strap is too narrow but thats easily remedied, I added one from a Golf Bag.
