Geez, with all the geat subjects out in the desert you go and take pictures in the back yard. I believe that that fence will certainly keep folks out of the pool.

but this one is not, so it must be good

the background is really nice too. and the barbed wire
we get wires crossed so much here that they could be called ' barbed' by now :lol:

there is a lovely sunny effect in the picture too

Ah, yes. My first post. Another shot from my 10D that survives. It is powerful testimony to Pekka's patience that he let's me stay around.

It may just be a trick of the bokeh, but it looks like there is a lost, dusty tripod behind that train, or whatever it is behind the post.

I think you're right, I can see it too. And I think it is a train, but it's kinda hard to tell.

Could you possibly go back and find that post ?
Take with you a hammer and a fence staple and please staple that top wire to the post ?
and while your at it find the guy that forgot to staple that wire to the post and have him fired !
That kind of stuf drives this old cowpokes crazy !!!
