Great shots! Especially like the Harris's Sparrow. Your Song Sparrow, though, is a 1st winter White-crowned Sparrow.

Nice captures you have there, Rock. I would say #4 is a Field Sparrow.

The shape of the head, the crown-stripe pattern, and the two strong wing bars as well as the back pattern make this bird a White-crowned Sparrow rather than the Field. The Field Sparrow would have much more rufous on it, and the back would either be gray or rofous, not the brownish that is present on this bird. Mainly though, the Field Sparrow only has that first wing bar, while the White-crowned has two pronounced wing bars, as see here.

At first the wing bars point me towards WCS too but later i checked, several Field sparrow that i photographed shows two wing bars. The complete white eye ring, and the missing of eye line behind the eye lead me to believe it's a Field Sparrow. Even 1st winter, the WCS eye line normally is very obvious. Of course, size and song could separate the two easily.

Field sparrow from my collection (http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=430618706&context=set-72157594547562170&size=o) (notice the wing bars)
Immature WCS from my collection (http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=405159048&context=set-72157594547562170&size=o) (notice the eye line)

Nice series Rock. I saw a Harris Sparrow here for the first time ever a few weeks back. Neat looking birds. :)
