10,000 shots and counting

I bought a 350D about 12 months ago through POTN from a member in Sydney (Australia). The camera was hardly used and 8 months old. I only shoot RAW and use the continuous file numbering system. Had been watching my work slowly approach the 9,000 mark in the past month or so and wondered what the camera would do when it got to 9,999 shots.

Well - it happened at a wedding last Saturday night.

Didn't self-destruct or disappear in a cloud of dust and sparks. Just started over again at 0001.

Now I know! :D

Nice.. I'm about to see my 20D run over 50,000 clicks and I'm starting to wonder how much longer the shutter's going to last... wish I was back at 10k. :p
