I am trying to change the sky in a picture, after duplicating the main picture and using that to work from I have deleted the sky and deselected the magic wand. After opening up the new sky picture and dragging it into the photo I am left with the frame filled with the new sky. I thought that by dragging this layer below my picture in the task menu would put it as a background layer as opposed to foreground, however when I try this nothing happens at all, is there another way of achieving this? Thanks

1. Duplicate your foreground later

2. Drag in the new sky (make sure it creates a new layer... it normally should, but make sure!!

3. Rearrange the laters so the layer from STep 1 is on the top of the layers list

4. BAM!
