Right before I left Texas for art school in New York City I took some portraits of my girlfriend. Heres one I liked particularly. I'm curious to see what others think of this shot.

Might be my monitor, but it seems a bit overexposed...

I love portraits, especially close up ones. You have done a good job with the composition and framing however it is a little overexposed in places (teeth, eyes and closest cheek).
I am sure with a little time in PS all that can be addressed.
I would have used a smaller aperture to try and keep both eyes in focus but thats just me, either way i think works.

She looks rather young. How old is she?

Thanks for the excellent comments everyone.
Yeah, I was real dissapointed when I found that the left eye was a little out of focus. I was shooting some intimate closeups with her on my bed with very little light. I guess I overcompensated. I was, however able to capture a very crisp image by using 100 ISO.
For some reason the shot doesn't really look overexposed (may just be my monitor), but I'll mess with it in photoshop a bit to see if I like it better.
Hellashot, she's 18.
Heres another shot I played around with a little...
