Just purchased BB 2.10 and BB Downloader as a replacment for ZoomBrowser. Is this a good idea.

What is the best file manager to work with Photoshop CS?

Also, I'm having a problem with the download from BBs web site. The BB will not run? Should I just forget BB and get my money back?

BB and DL are both excellent products.

You might try the official BB support forum to get help with your install problem:

The Breezer's support folks got back to me quickly. They are working on a fix. Microsoft IS THE REAL PROBLEM! I run Win XP Pro and keep it updated as is possible. The SP2 is a nightmare for third party software.

And they say that some SECURITY programs may also need to be tweeked to run BB 2.1. I use the latest McAfee everything which may or may not be POTP. (part of the problem)

I will perservere with BB 2.1 because when working as advertised, it will speed up WORKFLOW.

WORKFLOW and MARKETING are the demons of the trade for me.

Have just downloaded BB 2.10 without a problem. I use it on XP with SP2 and it works fine. Downloader Pro, as others have said is a must.

Also BB's RAW conversion for the Pro1 seems to work very well, at least in the little time I've played with it. (just can't seem to get CS RAW to give acceptable results..)

Your email helps narrow down the possibilities.

I am on a tear - to remove all unused and duplicative types of applications.

My primary system is a bit loaded and that can be a problem:
Dual P4 3.33 w Raid hard drives, 2 DVD burners, 2 CD burners, and 4 printers and more.

My network has 5 PCs and a Mac.

I could use a full time techy but can't afford a fulltime anyone, yet.

Thanks for the info on re XP w/ SP2.
