Problem, most likely, is not with your camera but with your computer..
Which Operating system do you use on your PC?

You may be able to install the codec for RAW for your operating system from Canon. Look on the Canon website under downloads and drivers for your camera....

Is there anything inside the folder? Have you just tried dragging and dropping the folders onto your computer and opening in CS2 from there?
A card-reader is the recommended way of transferring files too :D

Solution 1 is to buy card reader

Solution 2 is to enter in Viewer Utility, select all RAW in camera and drag&drop them to new folder on the left side.
