Tall ships are inherently photogenic, of course. Except on windless mornings, with bad light. Guess what conditions were on the morning the Cuauhtemoc went past Ft. McHenry?

Is that a genuine pic? On my monitor it has a real 'watercolour' feel.
Either way it is a stunning picture. I would like to see the original if poss.
