Say in the D series?
I suspect that 21MP out of the 1DsM3 full frame is about the limit from that size. Ok, possibly 29-30 lol
Think Canon will come out with some type of medium format sensor in that body? Or can they somehow match the range and quality thru tech?
I think it would be awesome :D
Those Hasselblad pics are phenomenal (even the jpeg exports)

For Canon to push MF, they need to get sensors with more than 14bit. 48bit RGB would be absolutely stunning :)

Would also mean all new lenses.

it's definitely a possibility!

Yeh it would definitely mean new lenses and could be seen as a great MF camera if it handles noise as well as the MkIII and 5D do :)

Why don't we just let Canon focus first on designing a better DSLR that can beat a Nikon D3 before they even try catching up with a Hassie.

I thought Canon have a prototype 50MP for 35mm sensor?
