HELP!! Black body drebel 300 in USA???

Didn't get any response to this question over on the EOS board so I though I'd try here, there may not be a response available at this time. :? Can't figure out why some of the bigger places i.e. B&H haven't got it yet.

Not sure if this has been asked before or not. Does anyone know of a store that carries the black D300, I know it was released for the Canadian and US market and that there a couple of places in Canada that carry it Henry's being one

I just searched around and can't find anyone who carries it. Just a lot of reviews that talk about it. Are you sure it's shipping to the U.S. yet?

Well I know for a fact it's in Canada, and I thought I had read that it was released in Canada and the US. I can't believe they'd pass over the hot US market and only release in Canada, makes no sense.

We actually ran out of rebels here, all 4 photography places were back ordered for over a month. I guess all of us canuks are digital rebel crazy :P. I was in Henrys today (London location) and I indeed saw a black rebel. Im pretty sure they were released here about 3 weeks ago, and are the same price as the silver.

Can't wait for it here in the US soon as it hits I'm putting in my order :lol: :lol: I really like the looks of it, and I can't afford the 20D and I'm really stretching the budget if I went to the 10D so the rebel fits in nice plus I'd have a little left for a zoom lens :D

just order it from camera canada :wink:. I was in the same situation, between the 10d and the rebel. I chose the rebel just because I didnt need anything as good as the 10d, and I could get another lense that worked well. Im still new to photography, but I am learning, and I am glad that I chose the rebel. Black would of been nice though!! Gives it that "professional" look :P
