INSTALL ERROR: DEFAULT LANGUAGE 'eng' NOT AVAILABLE

I uploaded all the 1.5 RC4 files and folders to my running 1.22 web site put my information on connect.php and opened to_rc4.php, selected 1.5 RC3 and I get this error

INSTALL ERROR: DEFAULT LANGUAGE 'eng' NOT AVAILABLE

I see the languages folder is on my server, what gives....Thanks... :cry:

If you have 1.22 then you must select 1.22 from the installer menu. You are updating 1.22 to 1.5 RC 4, aren't you?
