Well what subject does it have to do with? The sections are pretty well laid out in my opinion.

If the subject of you images is the people in the restaurant then perhaps
People (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=26)
Portraits, candids, group shots, people doing this and that would be good.
If the focus is on the building, inside or out the perhaps
Urban Life (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=27)
City life, happenings, industrial, photojournalism, street photography...
If the center of attention is close ups of food, equipment, menus etc. then perhaps
Still Life, B/W & Experimental (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=31)
What do you shoot when it's raining outside?

Are you wondering about your camera, your lenses, lighting the shot, or is your question more general?
Those would go in EOS, EF and EF-S lenses, Small flash & studio lighting, and Talk About Photography respectively.

sorry for the late reply, about what I about to do is....
1. taking dish pictures for their menu
2. I'm a first time, how much should I charge them? (they asked me, and I kinda knew them)
3. I don't have any light, not even a external flash...should I rent one or a box?? do I even need it? although, I kinda like the light inside (Cafe with soft-warm light)
4. I usually do urban, and sport...what do I need to be aware of when I do food/menu photo??
so..those are my questions for now, thanks to whom that reply.

You've got questions that touch a range of the different forums.
1. Example shots can be found in the "Still Life..." forum. Questions about how to do it most likely belong in "Talk Photography."
2. Finding out how much to charge -- check out some of the existing threads in "Business of Photography" for some resources, and post your pricing question there if you need help.
3. Your lighting question could fit in with your "how to do it" post in "Talk Photography," but questions about specific types of lighting and their use can also fit well in the "Studio Lighting" forum. You may also find answers to your question in some of the existing threads in that forum.
4. Probably more of a "Talk Photography" question, though you might also find some discussion of food photography in the discussions of some of the food photos already posted in the "Still Life" section.
Basically, if you have a photo to share or to offer for critique it belongs in one of the "photo sharing" forums, or in the "critique corner" forum. If you have a question about how to do something, the "sharing knowhow" section is the place to start.
If you put something in the wrong place, it may get moved to a different, more appropriate location. Don't worry if it does -- it's the mods doing their best to put your post where it will get the best responses.
Welcome to a more active place at POTN!
