I was just wondering who here uses them and what their opinion is of Lexar readers. I was thinking about picking up one (RW022) and was doing some research on how fast they are, how reliable, etc. Anybody have this model? What do you think of it? Pros? Cons? Thanks

No one here uses Lexar? C'mon people, help a fellow photo enthusiast out.

I have several SanDisk high speed readers, both USB and FireWire. I only have Lexar's CardBus CF reader. I suspect you'll find my situation isn't all that dissimilar from anyone else's around here. The SanDisk USB readers are ubiquitous; Lexars are much less common, and people get what's available.

I have one of the new Lexar Firewire CF readers... however I'm waiting for the Firewire 800 card to arrive for my laptop. I'll update in a few days if you like.

Since there didn't seem to be alot of Lexar users out there..... I won a RW022 on ebay and I'll have to post my own review once it arrives. Will let you all know what I think. Thanks

Well, after using this card reader for awhile, I have to say that is serves it's purpose for what I need it to do. Even though it is USB2, it seems to down and upload fairly quickly and the multi card format is also very handy. So far, I'm very satisfied with this reader.
