So many of us have probably had sea monkeys as pets when we were kids. In the aquarium world, it is fish food called brine shrimp. This was taken in my small slide fish tank. It is about 5mm.

Great detail, but sorry looks nothing like a monkey - however I would never say that to its face, check out the size of the balls on that thing! :D

Thanks for the compliments. She might get mad at you for referring to her eggs as balls

I remember how ripped off I felt when I ordered and hatched these. I think I was about eight years old. Great shot.

Nice shot. Must've waited for a while for it to swim into view.
I remember the ad for these things in my Archie comic books. Weren't they supposed to have smiling faces, in familes, and all wearing a hat? I'm glad I never bought any.

I put it in a small fish tank I made of of microscope slides. This way it could not swim to far. I still need a way to slow it down though....

I had the Sea monkey Castle with lighted hood.
The Sea monkey Food, Banana Treat, and Vitamins WITH double sided sea monkey measure spoon.
The sea monkey Aerator/fun ride pump.
The sea-monkey Sea Diamonds for them to play with.
I loved my sea monkeys.
Came home from school one day and my caught my mom in the midst of vacuuming them up off the rug.
She had spilled them while cleaning (pout)
