Extreme Memory cards III

Recently purchased the Sandisk Extreme III 4.0 GB . Will it work in the 20 D . i've used the ultra II 2.0 with no problems , one card gave me trouble when i accidently shut my camera off when deleting all images . now i've tried to formate it and it still doesn't work. Thanks, Seth

Yes, it will work on 20D.
