First you need to pick an image from you files saved on your computer.
Then resize them to "650x420" That's what mine are sized at.
Then click on the "add image" icon in your post window. Another window will pop up and click brows, then chose the photo or photos that you have just resized. Click download. Then back in the post window, you'll see a little paper clip, click on the paper clip, another window will pop up with the titles of the photos you've just uploaded, then click insert all. Then they should be in your post.
Hope that helps and it's not to confusing.
Oh......... And welcome!!!

upload them to photobucket.com, and then when they have uploaded click on the IMG code and paste it in.

You can press attachments and add the pictures, it's the icon with the paper clip, but you want to upload larger sized photos you'll need to upload to your own server or find a site that lets you upload pictures. Remember to follow the rules about image size and everything.

upload your pictures to your computer. from there create a free photobucket.com account. upload your photos from there. then choose IMG code, and post into your thread.
i dont know how many people are going to leave an address.

you can resize them in photobucket. and most times their images are safe for posting rules on here as far as img size goes.

you need to upload them to a host site like Flickr, Picasa, photobucket or any number of sites that host pics. Most are free, then you can add them to anywhere, anytime

Welcome to POTN. Please take a few moments and familiarize the forum structure. You've posted two threads on essentially the same subject, and both in a Canon camera forum. There are better places for this type of thing.
I understand that some folks are new to forum usage, so now's a good time to mention how important organization is when a site caters to so many members.

My vote would be Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com) - ridiculously easy to use.

Why are you using Fireworks for photo editing?
