Anyone out there has this problem:
- In single shoot mode, sometime when I push the shutter switch. it fires 2 to 3 time instead of just single shoot.
Any comment.

I can't speak for the mark II, but with the Nikon D1's when this happened it was always 1 of 2 things--low battery (refreshing 3x and fully charging to bring bck battery life) or a shutter on it's way out. Hopefully it's the first one

it happened with my 1D, nothing to worry about, just shutter switch being too sensitive.
send it to Canon to adjust if you are not comfortable with it

It is reported as more of an issue on the portrait shutter release. Also make sure you are in single shot.
